Our Debt Fund offers low risk, and consistent returns with a preferred return of 10%. As the primary funding partner of Flash Funding Mortgage investments and Flash Funding Mortgage, these notes are guaranteed by both, Flash Funding Mortgage, and the end borrower, ensuring multiple layers of security. LTNG Capital’s competitive edge comes from the rapid deployment of capital mixed with our 2x2 approach. We invest in a range of assets, including purchasing notes of distressed single-family real estate, new construction, multi-family, mixed-use properties, and securitized products like RMBS and CMBS. Our strategy leverages decades of experience, a rigorous underwriting process, a streamlined approval system, and at least two exit strategies per deal to mitigate investment risks.
